Follow the North(west) Star

Through an omnichannel engagement with TENFOLD, Northwest Bank traveled deep into their organization to distill rich insights about the culture and articulate them with confidence and creativity. The journey began with a comprehensive research phase that produced a shared library of language for the organization to rally around. In addition to cultural programming built off this messaging, environmental branding was created to tell this story throughout their new Columbus, Ohio offices. Simple compositions at scale showcase how meaningful daily efforts pay off toward focused and collective momentum. Designs feature inviting materials communicating warmth, strength, and transparency. The Northwest story is told throughout the space as a united journey to be a company with a cohesive and productive culture, reminding all of how they are champions of opportunity.
