As a Senior Brand and Culture Strategist, you are an equally right- and left-brained creator, balancing your gifting to craft strategic, creative storytelling that takes people on a journey with an understanding and appreciation for metrics and measurement. You’ll lead our explorations into what makes our client brand and culture truly special and set a path to amplify it through keen insights and thoughtful recommendations. You will be their trusted guide into understanding their culture and leveraging it as what makes them different - their competitive advantage.

As a Fabrication Director, you work directly with the internal project team and external partners to bring the designs to life in the physical space, both on budget and on time. Leading by example, you are organized, punctual, and proactive, and you communicate clearly about all aspects of the job. You can perform under pressure, adapt easily to unanticipated changes, and assure that it always looks “Just Like the Render.”
