TELHIO HEADQUARTERS

Telhio's reimagined headquarters, with beautiful views of the
Columbus skyline, signifies how deeply embedded the brand is in the communities it serves. A color brand story highlights a bold belief in people over profit and touching stories of the people helped and businesses bolstered through Telhio's support. The design simultaneously reminds employees of the brand's roots while also inspiring them to go forward by authentically living their shared values. When we harness the energy of connectedness, the Telhio community and member communities thrive.

 
INTERIOR DESIGN • ENVIRONMENTAL BRANDING 

OPERATIONS CENTER

Engaging with TENFOLD® as an interior design and environmental branding partner, Telhio's new Operations Center was designed around a direction entitled 'The Heartbeat." The original lobby space of the banking branch was repurposed into a two-story lounge, cafe, and training space, and high-walled cubicles and private offices were opened up for open-concept desking, connected by collaborative zones that bring people together. Branding throughout the space celebrates the heritage of the company, like the vintage rotary-style phones connecting to their history as Columbus Telephone Company, and leverages materials unique to their business to tell their story, like the pneumatic tubes branded with their personal commitments to their customer. The Telhio Operations Center is a space designed around the human experience – inspiring them to do their very best work.
